Our instructors are skilled martial artists with experience across multiple disciplines, and they are dedicated to guiding each student through every step of the way. From your very first beginner class through advanced levels, you'll be supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow both on and off the mat.

We prioritize safety, and our structured classes maintain a positive and supportive environment. Our students are like family, and we work together to help each other grow in confidence and reach our goals. Students build meaningful relationships while learning valuable life skills along the way.
Our classes
We offer classes in Kyuki-Do, a dynamic mixed martial arts system that blends Taekwondo, Judo, and Hapkido, and other disciplines into a well-rounded training experience. Our program is rooted in practical self-defense, while also building essential life skills like respect, perseverance, and self-control.
Students have the opportunity to train with a variety of traditional weapons, including nunchaku, bo staff, and kali, adding depth, focus, and excitement to their martial arts journey.
Our core classes are designed for children ages 7+, teens, adults, and families. Whether your goal is to learn real-world self-defense, improve flexibility and fitness, help you child unplug and grow in confidence, or simply stay active individually, or as a family, we have a place for you.
From the very first class, students are introduced to the mindset of a black belt. We believe black belt is not something you earn at the end, but it's something you begin becoming on day one. Evey class, every journey towards confidence, leadership, and perseverance.

Our Dragons program is the perfect introduction to martial arts for young students. Designed for ages 3 to 6, these classes focus on developing large motor skills, coordination, listening, and confidence in a fun and engaging environment. Parents join their child on the mat as their Black Belt Coach. This shared experience builds connection and support while learning.
